Classes start Saturdays at 12 noon and end around 1pm. These plyometric type exercise sessions are circuit training in that you will do 1 to 2 sets of a particular exercise as fast and explosive as you can for 15 seconds then rest 30-45 before moving to the next station. There are approximately 8-10 stations. Most players fatigue out after about 25 minutes. SAVAGE players have increased their stamina and power they can withstand the whole hour.
